Agreesan is an original horror audio story platform. By creating an account, purchasing an access pass, or otherwise using our platform at agreesan.shop (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

01 User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.

02 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must not share your account or access pass with others.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

03 Subscription & Access Validity

Agreesan offers a one-time 30-day access pass. Access begins immediately upon successful payment and remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days. There is no auto-renewal and no recurring billing. When your access expires, you must manually purchase a new pass to continue using premium content.

04 Content Ownership & Originality

Agreesan is an original horror audio story platform. All content on the Service — including stories, scripts, narration, artwork, cover art, audio recordings, designs, logos, and all other creative materials — is independently created, produced, and owned by Agreesan, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Agreesan does not stream, distribute, or host movies, TV shows, third-party anime episodes, audiobooks, podcasts, or any other content owned by third parties.
No content on the platform is licensed from external production houses or media companies unless explicitly stated.
Agreesan does not host pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise prohibited content.
Subscription fees are collected solely for access to Agreesan's original horror audio stories and related original content.
You may not copy, download, record, redistribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content without Agreesan's prior written permission.

05 Prohibited Activities

Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security or access-control features.
Recording, ripping, scraping, or redistributing any streamed content.
Sharing accounts, reselling access, or using the Service for commercial gain.
Uploading malware or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Using automated tools to access the Service in a manner that burdens our infrastructure.

06 Service Availability Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high uptime, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agreesan and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent access pass.

08 Termination Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service. Upon termination for cause, any remaining access may be forfeited without refund.

09 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
