Agreesan is an original horror audio story platform that provides digital content only. Because we deliver digital audio stories and not physical products, nothing is shipped, couriered, or physically dispatched. This policy explains how access to your purchase is delivered.

01 Digital Delivery Only

All content on Agreesan is delivered electronically through our website at agreesan.shop. There are no physical products, and therefore no shipment, courier, or postal delivery is involved in any purchase.

02 Activation & Timing

Upon successful payment, your 30-day access pass is activated automatically and is typically available within a few minutes. Access is enabled on the Agreesan account linked to the email address used at the time of purchase.

03 How to Access Your Purchase

Once your access is active, simply sign in at agreesan.shop with your registered email and password to begin listening. Your access remains valid for 30 days from activation, with no auto-renewal.

04 Delivery Issues

If your access is not active within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please contact us at support@agreesan.shop with your registered email and payment reference, and we will resolve it promptly.

05 No Shipping Charges

As all content is digital, there are no shipping, handling, or delivery charges. The subscription fee shown at checkout is the only amount payable.
